Notice Overview

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the admit cards for the NEET UG 2026 Re-Examination. This re-exam is scheduled for June 21, 2026, following the nationwide cancellation of the May 3, 2026 exam due to paper leak allegations, affecting over 22 lakh candidates. Candidates must download their new admit cards to know their updated roll numbers and exam centers.

Mandatory Bank Verification for Fee Refund

Before candidates can download their new admit cards, the NTA has introduced a mandatory verification step on the portal. Candidates must log in and verify/update their bank account details and IFSC code. This is required to process the refund of the application fees for candidates appearing in the re-exam as per the directives of the supreme authorities.

Important Instructions for Exam Day

  • New Admit Card Only: The admit cards issued for the May 3 exam are now invalid. You must carry a printed color copy of the new admit card downloaded after June 14.
  • Required Documents: Bring the printed admit card along with the pasted postcard-size photograph on the proforma, one passport-size photo (to be pasted on the attendance sheet), and a valid original photo ID (Aadhaar, PAN Card, Voter ID, or Passport).
  • Prohibited Items: Electronic items, mobile phones, calculators, bags, jewelry, and wallets are strictly prohibited inside the exam hall.
