Essential Documents to Carry for Interview
Since this recruitment is on a deputation/transfer basis, shortlisted candidates must ensure they bring all required official clearance documents. Failure to produce these may lead to cancellation of the interview:
- No Objection Certificate (NOC): A formal NOC issued by the current parent cadre or department authority.
- Vigilance Clearance Certificate: Official certificate stating that no disciplinary or vigilance case is pending or contemplated against the officer.
- APARs/ACRs: Attested copies of Annual Performance Appraisal Reports (APARs) or Annual Confidential Reports (ACRs) for the preceding 5 years.
- Original Certificates: Matriculation certificate for age proof, degree certificate in Civil/Electrical engineering, and service/experience certificates.
- Identity & Address Proof: Aadhaar Card, Passport, or PAN Card along with recent passport-size photographs.
Important Instructions for Candidates
- Candidates must report strictly by 10:00 AM at the reception desk of KVS Hqrs. Delay in reporting will not be entertained.
- No TA/DA (Travel Allowance/Daily Allowance) will be paid by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan for attending the interview. Candidates must make their own travel and lodging arrangements.
- Ensure that your bio-data format matches the KVS prescribed format, fully verified and countersigned by your employer.
