CTET January 2026 Re-Examination Date Announced

The Central Teacher Eligibility Test (CTET) has released a public notice regarding the re-examination for the CTET-2026 (January Session) Paper-I and Paper-II. This announcement addresses the previously cancelled Computer Based Test (CBT) examination, providing crucial updates for all affected candidates.

The original CBT examination, which was scheduled to take place on January 21, 2026, across various cities, was unfortunately cancelled due to unforeseen administrative reasons. This cancellation necessitated a new schedule to ensure the smooth conduct of the examination for all registered candidates.

According to the public notice dated February 24, 2026, the re-examination for both Paper-I and Paper-II will now be conducted on February 28, 2026 (Saturday). Candidates are strongly advised to visit the official CTET website immediately to download their revised Admit Cards, as these new cards will be essential for entry to the examination centers. All other terms and conditions mentioned in the original Information Bulletin remain unchanged.
